BODY COACH gym consists of personal and semi-personal training, where a dedicated professional trainer mixes functional, cardio and toning techniques as well as Fitness therapy methods all in one, having the most updated materials at his disposal.
Every session, each client is assigned a trainer according to their personal fitness level, target, medical history and schedule.
Your trainer will be your personal companion, following up on your own customized program, motivating you until you reach your targets and maintaining the positive results!
